Alec A. Nathan
Alec A. Nathan is the Founder & Qualifying Broker of Riverside Ventures, LLC, an Atlanta-based real estate investment advisory and brokerage firm. He serves as a client-facing leader for LPs, private investors, owner-operators, and prop-tech partners—translating complex data into clear investment decisions across residential real estate and related strategies in the Southeast.
Background
As Executive Director of Data Strategy & Analytics at Sylvan Road Capital, he led a data science team and built proprietary underwriting models that influenced over $500 million of investment activity, served on the investment committee, and was deeply involved with a single-family rental portfolio of approximately $1 billion in value. His experience spans advising executives, lenders, and capital partners across residential, hospitality, logistics, and adaptive reuse—often as transaction quarterback and fiduciary. He holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Georgia and is a licensed real estate broker in Georgia. Today, Alec has the pleasure of serving as the VP of Reporting and Analytics at Wrightwell, where he is responsible for building and maintaining the firm's reporting and analytics infrastructure.
